About the role

We are hiring Senior Developers for the following disciplines:

Backend: To thrive in the Backend Developer role here, you need to be solid with Ruby on Rails and Laravel. As part of our team, you'll be hands-on in crafting and launching new features in the domain align with our roadmap.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team. You will build and maintain the architecture and be responsible for ensuring that the technical decisions align with our roadmap and future vision.

Your long-term thinking, systems design, and code writing skills will be crucial in architecting scalable solutions, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with your Lead to maintain engineering and operational excellence.

Qualifications

You have:
  • ~4+ years of professional experience as a software developer.
  • Solid skills with Ruby on Rails and Laravel.
  • Experience in how to design and plan complex software systems that can handle lots of users, work fast, and are easy to keep up.
  • You're the go-to person for solving tech issues, making sure our team hits effective solutions.
  • You've built and kept up crucial system parts that are key to how our product works.
